I've recently had an inkling for learning sprite art, and was looking for a simple game idea to serve as inspiration. Then I realised I already had the code for a basic game from my previous post where I took on the 'game in 1 mins vs 1 hour' challenge. And so I decided it's time to give Dennis the 8-bit treatment!
Here's the results so far, I think it's a big improvement on the previous aesthetic!
Honestly, I had so much fun with this I think I might turn it into a fully fledged product. I'll update you guys with any news if that becomes the case.
